| Beschreibung: Im August 2008 gibt Kool Savas bekannt, dass er sein Label Anfang 2009 schließen wird. Optik hat seit seiner Gründung im Jahr 2002 immer wieder neue Trends gesetzt und die deutsche Rap Szene maßgeblich beeinflusst. Optik Records hat viele Erfolge feiern können. Alleine im Jahr 2008 war Kool Savas auf zwei fast komplett ausverkauften Touren und die Tot oder lebendig Live DVD stieg zuletzt als erstes Indie Release des King of Raps auf Platz #4 der deutschen DVD Charts ein. Als krönende Abschluss des Labels veröffentlicht Kool Savas im Oktober 2008 die John Bello Story 2 . Als erstes Independent Release des King of Raps, steigt das Album von 0 auf Platz #10 der Deutschen Media Control Charts ein und kann sich so neben Schwergewichten wie AC/DC, Metallica oder den Söhnen Mannheims in den Top 10 positionieren. Diese Erfolgsgeschichte wird jetzt mit der Brainwash-Edition fortgesetzt. Auf vielfachen Wunsch wurden neuem exklusive Solo Tracks von Kool Savas aufgenommen und damit ein Schwerpunkt auf den King of Rap gelegt. So gibt es den lang erwartete Track Futurama , Brainwash 2 mit den Südstaaten Verrückten Dem Franchize Boyz oder "Rapfilm" mit hochkarätigen Überraschungsgästen. Dazu wurden mehrere Tracks Gehirngewaschen und im Brainwash-Style geremixt. D.h. die Tracks wurden neu arrangiert und Teilweise neue Parts und Hooks aufgenommen. Multitalent Tua steuert einen exklusiven Remix zu Fick nicht mit uns bei und Newcomer Riptor gibt dem Track Feuer ein komplett neuen Anstrich. Aktuell läuft das brandneue Kool Savas Video Brainwash feat. KAAS und Sizzlac auf allen Kanälen und läutet den Beginn der Brainwash Kampagne ein.
