| Beschreibung: Seit Draufgänger Jack Carver (Til Schweiger) seinen Dienst bei den Special Forces quittiert hat, führt er ein beschauliches Leben als Bootsführer für Touristen an der US-Westküste. Damit ist es jedoch vorbei, als die attraktive Journalistin Valerie (Emmanuelle Vaugier) auftaucht und ihn bittet, sie zu einer Militärinsel zu bringen. Sie ist die Nichte eines dort stationierten Colonel (Ralf Moeller), der einem ungeheuren Geheimnis auf der Spur ist! Kaum an Land, wird Valerie allerdings sofort geschnappt und Jacks Boot in die Luft gesprengt. Er rettet sich in letzter Sekunde vor der Explosion - und gerät in ein gefährliches Abenteuer: Auf der Insel herrscht der zwielichtige Dr. Krieger (Udo Kier), der für das Militär geheime Gen-Experimente durchführt und eine monströse Kampfeinheit geschaffen hat.
