| Beschreibung: Fernsehproduzentin Rosie hat es derzeit nicht leicht im Leben. Sie ist geschieden, lebt mit ihrer 14jährigen Tochter Izzie allein, und ihre Soap Opera "You Go Girl" leidet unter schlechten Einschaltquoten. Außerdem macht ihr Alter ihr schwer zu schaffen. Doch dann lernt sie den jüngeren Schauspieler Adam kennen. Die beiden werden ein Paar, er übernimmt die Hauptrolle in ihrer Soap und das Glück scheint in ihrem Leben wieder einen Platz gefunden zu haben. Rosie fühlt sich wieder jung und stark. Doch schon laufen die Dinge wieder aus dem Ruder, als Adam aus ihrer Show abgezogen wird und sie Zweifel daran bekommt, dass sich so ein attraktiver, junger Mann mit einer Frau ihres Alters abgibt ... Diese romantische Komödie stammt aus der Feder von Amy Heckerling (Clueless, Kuck mal wer da spricht 1-3) und ist ein persönliches Lieblingsprojekt von Michelle Pfeiffer (Schatten der Wahrheit, Die fabelhaften Baker Boys), die hier an der Seite von Paul Rudd (Jungfrau (40), männlich, sucht, Friends) auch gleich die Hauptrolle übernimmt.
