| Beschreibung: Das Jahr 2141: Die Menschheit hat bereits Kolonien auf über 3.000 Planeten errichtet. Wenn die Regierungen dieser Kolonien auf Probleme stoßen, die sie nicht aus eigener Kraft lösen können, kommt die WWWA ins Spiel: Die Worlds Welfare Work Association. Ihre Agenten - Trouble Consultants genannt - sind hochtrainierte Spezialisten für Sondereinsätze aller Art. Die beiden Besten - die temperamentvolle Kei und die hochintelligente Yuri - tragen offiziell den Codenamen "Lovely Angels". Inoffiziell sind sie besser als "Dirty Pair" bekannt, denn wenn sie zum Einsatz kommen, bleibt kein Fall ungelöst - aber auch kein Stein auf dem anderen und die Spur der Verwüstung, die die beiden nach sich ziehen, kann schon mal ganze Planeten mit sich reißen... Endlich Urlaub!!! Kei und Yuri wollen sich von den Strapazen der letzten Zerstörungsaktion erholen und mal so richtig Spass haben. Doch daraus wird nichts, denn unvermittelt werden sie zu einem dringenden Einsatz auf den Planeten Nolandia gerufen - eine Welt, auf der sehr seltsame Dinge geschehen. Fliegende Inseln mit bezaubernden Landschaften gehören hier zwar zum Alltag - nicht jedoch übernatürliche Phänomene, hervorgerufen durch starke PSI-Kräfte.
